Refund policy

We want you to love your VIRAGO Barcelona purchase!

If for any reason you're not satisfied, you can easily return your items within 30 calendar days of receiving your order.

Returning & Exchanging process:

1. Includes a note with your order number so that we can identify it. (The number begins with: #).
2. Put the garments back in your box of VIRAGO and wraps the box in a well -closed closed or wrapping bag so that it is protected so that it does not open during transport.
3. Follow the steps we tell you in our Return & Exchanging portal. 

Return Conditions:

• To process your return, please ensure that items are as new, unworn, and with all original tags. The original box should also be in perfect condition.
• Any claims regarding damaged or incorrect items must be submitted within 30 days of receipt.

Return Shipping:

Mainland Spain:

• We’ll arrange a pickup at your home at no cost to you.
• Or, you can choose a reliable shipping company and cover the shipping costs yourself.
• We'll provide a return address upon your email request.
• Please provide the tracking number for your return within 3 business days of contacting us.

Rest of the world:

• The return shipping cost will be the same as the original shipping cost. View rates here: Shipping policy.

Refunds:

• Once we receive your returned item and confirm it meets the return conditions, we'll issue a full refund for the purchase price (excluding original shipping cost) to your original payment method within 30 business days.
• You'll receive a confirmation email once your refund is processed.

Important Notes:

• Returns received after the 30-day window or not meeting the return conditions will be refused and returned to sender.
• You are responsible for any risks or costs associated with the return shipment.

Adicional information:

• International Orders: You are responsible for any import taxes or customs duties that may apply to your order. If you refuse to pay these charges and your package is returned to us, we will deduct the cost of the import taxes from your refund.
• Pre-Order: Unfortunately returns are not accepted except in cases of faulty items.
  
• Earrings: Due to hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns of earrings.
  
• Important: Returns are not accepted for final sale items.

Legal terms:

• Right of Withdrawal: Customers have 30 calendar days to withdraw from the purchase without any reason, starting from the delivery date.
• Exercising the Right: Customers must inform VIRAGO BARCELONA of their intention to withdraw within the 30-day period.
• Refund Process: VIRAGO BARCELONA will issue a full refund for the purchase price excluding original shipping cost National and International: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is faulty. In that case, VIRAGO BARCELONA will cover the return shipping costs.
• Timeframe: The refund will be issued within 30 days of receiving the withdrawal notification or receiving proof of return (whichever comes first).
• Customer Responsibility: Customers are responsible for any decrease in the value of the goods due to handling beyond what's necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, or functioning.
• Holding Refunds: VIRAGO Barcelona can withhold the refund until the returned goods are received or proof of return is provided.
