Virago, what does it mean?

Virago is an existing term used to refer to a woman with extraordinary and heroic qualities; qualities often wrongly-related only to men. We use it to define our Virago woman; which is powerful, brave and a female warrior. She doesn’t need an introduction; you know it’s her when she arrives. Our motto? Use your feminine wiles. They will surrender.

ORDERS

The orders are prepared once the payment is confirmed. From Monday to Friday, orders will be proceed in the same day of their purchase if they are made before 12:00am. Orders received after 12:00 am will be sent the next day. Do not worry, we try to prepare your orders as soon as we receive them so that you can have your items as soon as possible ;). On Saturdays, Sundays and holidays, there will be no delivery of orders. Do not forget to check your mailbox to view the confirmation of purchase!

As we have already mentioned, each design is unique; a true limited edition. We use different materials depending on the pattern, cut and style. If you want detailed information about the garments, take a look at the description you will find in each product page, where specific product measurements as well as the size worn by the model are shown so that you can get a better idea of the size that would best suit you. If you are still doubting between sizes, please do not hesitate to contact us at info@viragobarcelona.com or call us at +34 686 59 42 35. 

To make your Virago last forever, hand wash them or wash them dry only (indicated in each product detailed description); both for the quality of the fabrics, but above all not to lose the details that make them unique.

PAYMENT

You can pay the total amount of your order (including shipping costs), using the following payment methods: VISA (credit or debit), MasterCard (credit or debit), American Express, Maestro, iDEAL, Bancontact, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal.

SHIPPING

Please note that we have 24 to 72 hours to process your order. Once the order is processed, you will receive the product based on the shipping method selected at the time of purchase. We use various shipping companies, so if you have any questions you can see the estimated costs and delivery times here. Virago does not deliver to PO Boxes.

We adapt to you. If you need any of our styles urgently and none of our shipping methods fit what you need please send an email with URGENT SHIPPING subject to info@viragobarcelona.com and we will do our best to help you.

Important: Unfortunately, international deliveries may incur additional import charges or local taxes, which are not the responsibility of Virago Barcelona and will therefore need to be assumed by the customer in order to receive the goods.

Since January 2021, shipping to the United Kingdom may incur to import taxes and/or customs duties due to new import protocols. Important notice for international orders: In case you refuse to pay the import taxes and your package is returned to us, we will have to pay taxes and this taxes will be deducted from your refund.

RETURNS

What matters most to us is that you feel good with our designs, so we understand that, if that is not the case, you can return the products within the established time. Please, fill in the following form within a maximum period of 14 calendar days from receipt of the order:

You have 14 calendar days from the date of delivery of your order to return it without giving any reason. Within this period of time, please send us an email to info@viragobarcelona.com to request the return of your purchase. Check our Returns Policy to find the detailed return process. You will see it’s very easy!

National returns (Mainland Spain) costs will be assumed by VIRAGO BARCELONA. For the rest of the countries, the return is at customer's cost, so you can use the company or shipping method that suits you best to send the package to us at the following address:

If the customer decides not to pay the customs costs, under no circumstances will the order be reimbursed as a refund.

The full amount of your order will be refunded once we receive the returned goods. In case of a delay, a full refund will be processed upon receiving proof of shipment from the courier company. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

No refunds will be given on used garments, or on those that have some kind of damage not typical due to simple trying the product. It is totally forbidden to wash or send them without the original packaging and labelling.
